Meet Abi Beri- Holistic Therapist

With a background in somatic therapy, holistic healing, and systemic family constellations, I offer an integrative approach that nurtures mind, body, and spirit. My passion for this work grew from my own exploration of healing, and it continues to guide everything I do. Accredited with IPHM, my practice is holistic and experiential, weaving together body awareness, systemic insights, and energy-based methods. Alongside this, I am also undertaking training in psychotherapy, which further enriches the safe and supportive spaces I hold. In these sessions, I invite you to listen to your body’s wisdom and engage in mindful, heart-centered practices that open the door to healing and growth.

In our sessions, we’ll journey together in curiosity, compassion, and conscious presence. This is a safe, nurturing space where you can explore emotions, release what no longer serves, and reclaim a deeper connection to yourself.
